Mouse On House, Inc. is looking for a smart, well-rounded, goal-oriented person to enhance our custom web based software system.
We are a fast growing innovative premium provider of web based "Virtual Floor Plan Tours" and marketing solutions for the rental and real estate industry on the East Coast. We combine leading edge technology and unparalleled customer service to over 700 real estate companies in Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington, DC.
You will work directly with senior management of the company and help research/design/write and implement new software solutions for our business. Our system is built on the latest Microsoft foundation and utilizes hosted cloud based servers. We are looking for someone with a CS degree with a few years of experience that is looking for a small casual company atmosphere to grow with and call "home".
Responsibilities:
* Develop new and maintain existing custom software using the latest technology
* Work as part of a small team to help design, implement and support full life cycle software development processes
* Work with other departments and assist with their technology needs
* Configure and maintain computers in the office and field
* Maintain the office LAN and wireless network
* Provide technical support to internal users
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision are a must
* Must have a firm grasp of the following technologies and systems:
VB.Net and testing, JavaScript, SQl Server 2008 R2, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Mobile, Windows Vista, 7, Server 2008 R2, TCP/IP Networks, Cloud Servers, Cloud Files
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with management and team members
Education/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or similar discipline is required
* 2 to 5 years of experience in VB.net/Microsoft object oriented web programming and relational databases
